Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Minidog Co. purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your collar must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.

As our collars are currently available in one size only, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please check the product measurements carefully before ordering.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us via instagram @minidogco as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
